ear, with powder burns surrounding the wound, does not require a finding of suicide where no motive or disposition to commit
suicide is shown and the evidence shows that the insured may have shot himself accidentally in reaching back with his right
hand to get the gun with which the shot was fired which was then between the seat and back cushion of the cab of the truck
in which deceased was riding.
